January is National Train Your Dog Month!

We are encouraging dog owners to commit at least 10 minutes a day to formal training with their pet by coming in and putting their name and their dogs name on one of our paw prints to hang on the wall.  On January 31st we'll enter all participants into a drawing for some great prizes including a couple of free classes, so there's some extra incentive for you!  Of course we recognize that training is happening all the time (even when you don't want it to be) but this commitment is for teaching your dog something new, or working on something that you need to work on, devoting a full 10 minutes a day just to your dog.  It might sound difficult, but if your dog is eating  two meals a day just plan on spending 5 minutes at the start of each meal time, maybe it's not as difficult as you thought.
